My child was very badly sick, the doctor was not even considering to check, saying inspection and get medicine from pharmacy. All I know the inspection for kid is has to be treated by antibiotics, but this doctor has no idea what is he doing! Be had a conversation about wanting few months ago, if that reason he is doing it.What kind of world we are in!Useless and unprofessional medical surgery.

Tried to make an appointment via call on 21/2/2024, impossible!! All the receptionist said( sooo blimimg rude) it?s changing on 4/3/2024, so I have to go in line !!! But it hasn?t changed yet so I can?t do this ! Useless

Rude reception staff who answer phone today. Literally made fun of the illness we have, also repeatedly saying contract the 111. I been trying to get an appointment for my ongoing issues, from 8 in the morning, finally phone answered around 8.48, then continuously saying fully booked. So rude, I don?t know how they get away with talking to patients the way they do. Useless management.. I don?t even know did they have a family or they are humans.Disgusting GP surgery!

Been using this surgery for over 20 years now.Friendly, Professional staff And a well stocked pharmacy within the practice.My only complaint is that when you call up to book an appointment;The music you have to listen to whilst waiting for a receptionist should carry a health warning!Otherwise a brilliant practice!

Rude reception staff who answer phones. Literally huffing and puffing like I?ve asked the world of them, when asking for a private referral due to long wait times on NHS. So rude, I don?t know how they get away with talking to patients the way they do.

Been here my whole life. They were generally okay for the most part but i had alot of issues.I had alot of injuries that were never followed up and overall got lost in the system such as my knee and back injuries.Im Trans, i saw a nurse once and i mentioned about my breasts causing me dysphoria and she laughed at me.I later saw an actual dr and he instantly sent my referral to the GIC and listened to me, he admitted he didnt know alot but gave me 2 appointments and educated himself on the topic in order to care for me. Unfortunately i think he left.If i had been taken serious i wouldnt of lost so many years to depression.I get passed around doctor to doctor and i have to explain everything over and over which is tiring and usually means the appointment doesnt get alot done. I miss when i had just 1 doctor.

Spoke to a lady on the phone called Joan. She works at the Coulsdon branch but when you call, the phone lines go to either pharmacy. She made me cry over the phone and was incredibly rude and unprofessional as she shouted over the phone. As I phoned in the evening, she may have just been having a bad day, but the fact that it was taken out on to me was horrendous, and I had to hang up the call.I submitted a written complaint which I handed to Alyson in the Purley branch, as I believe she is the receptionist in charge of this branch. (Kate Nash was on leave). Alyson 'misplaced' my complaint; again, unprofessional. Kate Nash eventually phoned me back regarding the complaint and was pleasant to talk to and she apologised on behalf of the receptionist, after listening to the recording of the phone call.Unfortunately, this experience is a poor reflection on the receptionist team, please can something be done? More organisation and sympathy within the team are highly necessary.

Staff are friendly. However my appointments were cancelled couple of times.They are always late; be prepared to waste your time at least 20-30 minutes after checking in.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is much easier to drive to the surgery to make appointments or discuss anything, unless you live too far away. It is also quicker than holding on the phone for long periods of time. There is parking available for about 5 cars, so there is usually space as some patients are leaving after their consultation. There is a pharmacy in the Surgery, so this is very convenient. Staff have their own car park.

We went there for my wife's appointment, doctor was good but there was a doctor trainee who has zero patience and rude to my wife. Trainee doctor told some test which is completely irrelevant to why we went there to my wife and asked her to book an appointment in reception by telling the name of the test.. come on, do you expect us to know all medical terminologies? Reception has no idea about what she said and not updated in system, due to their mis-coordination, they suggest to have translator! what a rude!!! If I have to satisfy you, I should bring a doctor with me as a medical translator to understand your terminologies. First please learn to deal with patience before deploying trainees. I read so many bad reviews about the practice, I realize all of them now.

My very elderly mother has had three appointments cancelled for the Asthma and COPD clinic despite having been asked to contact the surgery ASAP for an appointment! She spoke with the Manager Alison who stated she would contact me to explain the situation however I'm still waiting for the call...........
