Staff close shop before time and refuse to let you in. Very inconsiderate when you have come out specially to go there.

This store 3* the other store 1.5 blocks away 1*. Arrogant staff. Or no staff, no stock of anything. Try Husbands or the other.

Very slow, unhelpful service with rude and dismissive staff members. I?ve had much better service in the other Boots stores.

This pin seems to be in the position of the bigger Boots store (45-53 Putney High St) and so my review relates to that store. Awful customer service. Approached a member of staff to ask about my Click & Collect item. Didn't even have a chance to give my order number before they had a rant to me about people constantly sending their parcels to the wrong branch (there are 2 on Putney High St) and that I should check my order before "wasting their time". Next to me, another staff member was confronting a customer at the pharmacy in a similar way causing distress to them too. The one star is purely for the good range of items in stock. Staff in 109 Putney High St store are 10x better.

The lady from pharmacy told me I have to wait 20 minutes to prepare my antibiotics. I called 111 yesterday, they moved me to my GP urgent, in the morning 10am, I visited my GP and gave me the prescription, at 4pm, my medicine was not ready for collecting. The pharmacist a lady told me to wait 20 min just to put few pills on the little box. I think must be better organised!

I was always happy until today. Usually i choose item and go to pay. Today I decided to buy cosmetics with my wife and use one of promotions. Unfortunately person o a till doesn't know nothing about actual promotions and she said that she can't leave a till to help us. Person on a second till went with us to the shelf but doesn't know nothing about current promotion too. Also he offer to us to wait another 15 minutes until next person will finish break and come back to the store. Today first time I met poor customer service like that. That my first time decision to gave only one stars.

100 meters down the road there's a bigger one where you more likely find what you looking for. Not sure why this one is still here, but anyhow, it's definitely convenient as it's much less busy so when I need to get just basic stuff but quickly - I can come here. Some particular items are a little bit overpriced. Plus the checkout staff is not really into pharmacology. Other than that, can recommend.

This has always been my least favourite Boots shop in the local area as the staff are disinterested and they are often out of stock of items. To reaffirm my opinion, today I visited the shop and was instantly hounded by a security guard for looking at their gift cards. When I objected to him standing over me, he swore and gave me a mouthful! I was furious and shocked! I live in Putney and have used this shop regularly over the years but will never shop here again. I feel disgusted at how I was treated. The other Boots shop towards the Putney Bridge end of the High Street is much better - friendly, helpful staff and well stocked shelves.

Came into Boots to use the free emergency contraception service, considering its the only store around for miles (from Richmond). Spoke to the pharmacy manager! Extremely rude, not empathetic and lied to me about how I wasn't eligible for the pill as its more than 3 days (berserk! as I know there is a 5 day pill available) Then told me there isn't a trained staff member so I have to purchase the pill! She wasn't informative and so judgemental ! This was the 3rd boots I'd visited because I'd been sent on a wild goose chase. Never had such an appalling and disgusting experience from an established and reputable brand, especially in light of this sensitive issue.

Our local boots on Putney high street are unique. We are lucky enough to have 2 boots near by.
