The item in the store is overpriced but not a problem but when I asked for a t shirt for a discount the staff said no not in a nice way and she left the floor and went inside and asked someone else not to give discount. She is maybe in charge of the store need to learn communication skill

Extortionate prices. They had this guitar hero for 35 , asked them to open it and it was missing the game , the guitar was untested and might not even work AND the cable was moldy. They had the audacity to then refuse the sale saying its worth £90 and they cant sell it. Even in great condition it does not sell for that price they need staff who know how to actually research pricing accurately. You got this stuff for free , do better.

Really abrasive manager. Popped in to ask about a book listed for £700 as I?ve seen it online for ~£75. The other lady working was really polite but her manager quite abruptly said it could be worth up to £900 and they would be sending it away. Not sure why it was in the window in the first place then. A polite ?we?ve had it valued? would have sufficed. Her tone was appalling and I was just politely asking about it.

Imagine being questioned when dropping charity stuff. Are you a charity or not? Very selective as well. Next time I'm throwing everything in the bin.. Not wasting my time coming here to be told ' we cant take that'

I have always been donating my unwanted clothes to this shop and it's been always fantastic experience. Today when I called to get a collection date, someone named Sherry picked up the call who has been very unprofessional. The whole conversation was so pathetic that I had to hang up. I had to say my mobile number for at least 3 times, yet she struggled to understand. She rather blamed my accent when I queried about the issue. How unprofessional that is !! As I am moving home I have got more than 10 bags of clothes that I would donate somewhere else.

It?s a real pain shopping in this charity shop. There?s not enough space between the rails so while you browse other customers have to wait because they can?t go pass you. Customer service is another story. No one says hi or bye to you. Sometimes it even feels like they?re bothered by your presence. Also, I don?t really understand their prices. They could make much more money if they knew what they?re doing but considering there?s always a retired person behind the till I guess they price everything based on what they like. H\\u0026M top for £10 and designer top for £6 just because someone was lazy to research the brand. Last week I got a cardigan for £8 when the RRP was more than £500. Shame. You could do so much better if you cared. Good luck!

A lovely charity for a good cause but won?t be donating again to this shop. The lady on the counter has been extremely rude twice now and wanted to assess my donations at the counter before accepting. A real shame.

Do yourself a favour and bring your donations elsewhere as they're not appreciated here. Twice I've gone now and dealt with a very rude and snarky woman who acts like she's doing you a huge personal favour by accepting your donations. I went in this evening with some bags of donations and the woman shouted at me for entering the shop because I didn't see a sign saying to wait at the entrance (a man was standing in the way and blocking it from my view). I really regret giving them a second chance and wish I'd brought my unused donations elsewhere.

Nothing really stands out with this one, pretty run of the mill, lots of clothes and books.

I cant walk down a street without checking into a good old charity shop. If you like a good rummage for a hidden bargain, Camden High Street has several charity shops as you walk down towards Mornington Crescent. The British Heart Foundation sells a good range second hand clothes, books and bric-a-brac items. Many of the items can be abt worse for wear, however the prices stay low not like some charity shops which are taking the mickey. I have managed to find some great buys in here, an italian designer skirt for £2, not bad! Plus, its good having a guility free shopping spree when all the money raised is put towards researching into heart disease.
