Possibly the worst deliveroo partner I've ever encountered. Over 3 successive orders, I've half the items were missing / not shared with the driver. Do not answer the phone when called, no attempt to update the delivery status or proactively refund, incredibly poor. And the self checkouts are broken half the time. Just... read full comment

Every morning there are never enough self checkouts available, rush hour is a busy period and I feel that the store should recognise this recently I’ve just been leaving the store because the queue is just too long especially when we have work to go to. More tills open rush hour! You’ve lost a morning customer.
