Louise the manager was an absolute gem and scoured through the cctv footage with sales assistant Sofia, despite me giving her a lot of attitude in the beginning which she absolutely didn’t deserve. Only after 45 minutes did I realise it was in my bag within a folder the entire time. You can imagine how mortified I was and still am. But these ladies are incredible and I want to apologise publicly again for being an absolute b***ch at the beginning. You both are amazing!!”
