The Asian lady attempted to short change me on two occasions, thinking that I was drunk and that I wouldn?t notice. I ordered the Zinger stacker burger.. it was like 6.99. I gave the cashier 20 pound and she tried to register it on the till as I gave her 10 pound. Instantly I pulled her up on it and then she started to speak to her colleague in another language, which instantly alarmed me. 30 seconds later, she then attempted to give me 10.30 charge even though I was owed 13 pound. This was no accident, she attempted to short change me twice and the fact she spoke to her colleague in another language at the very moment she was giving me my change, she was attempting to short change me and based on previous reviews in regards to the unprofessionalism of the staff, I don?t believe this is a coincidence.

Very lazy personal !!! They said 2 mins later ready for take away but waiting 7-10 mins why personals speak lies??? When ? say this problem to manager ?manager just listen but this problem everyday continue !!!! Sorry kfc ? never t?me cant give order next time !!! Bye

Today at 11 pm and I got my food at 12.50 am?when I asked to the driver,he says that restaurant was making the delay.Later,when I check the items,Pepsi was missing?it really pissed me off.Very bad service

Aaron always looks after me, going above and beyond expectations in his service. With what can only be described as 6* service, he feeds the hungry and weary of Putney, ensuring all leave KFC fed and satisfied.

Unfortunately, my experience at the KFC on Putney High Street was quite disappointing. The staff's lack of friendliness and understanding made for a frustrating visit. The service left much to be desired, and it's disheartening to see such a lack of customer-oriented approach. I hope they can work on improving their service quality in the future.

I try not to go there during the weekend as I found on many occasions that the foods are different from the usual KFC standard. For example, the gravy often more diluted and chickens are not as soon as the week day batch.
