Great place with variality of amazing wines, I have to say that all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially "Pedro", he is definitely one of your amazing staff which really shows his knowledge and care... me and my husband felt very wellcome , we spent too much but ended up with a great selection for Xmas, we will be back....

Great wine selection, backed up with top customer service. It's not often you come across a company that just does everything right. Every branch I've been to has friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, which makes them one of the easiest places to recommend.

Went out of my way to redeem a MW/wuntu (three mobile) offer. They had no stock to support the offer, no apology, when I asked if they could offer anything else they said £10 off £30 wine... It was something (hence extra star) but nowhere near the same (free) deal I had a code for.
