What an abysmal place, full of incompetent staff who lack any kind of professionalism. Won't be setting foot there ever again after today when the member of staff strolled up to open ten minutes late with nothing ready to go. After a further delay, I asked to change some money into euros, a simple task but he didn't have the key to open the box the money was in, total farce. He then told me he could serve me an hour later. Don't bother, I won't be back.

Bad bad bad bad place. I would rather take a field trip to Afghanistan & dress up in LGBT clothing then spend another minute in there. All the staff are incompetent & will make you wait 5-10 minutes before telling you that they are "Busy" doing nothing. Male attendant threw parcels into a bin despite there being a fragile sticker attached. 0/ 10

This is the worst post office on the planet. The staff are incredibly rude and obnoxious and shout at each other in their own language and don't even acknowlege you. I now go out of my way to use the Post Office in Wandsworth - I cannot cope with the rudeness any longer. They all need to be trained to have some manners and how to speak to customers

To everyone that receives awful customer service at the terrible Putney branch (197 Upper Richmond Rd) please make a formal complaint to the Post Office by filling out their online form.
I received a call from Customer Service the same day that I emailed my complaint & I referred them to these posts.
My experience today of having airmail stickers thrown across the counter at me & being shouted at when I pointed out that the clerk had failed to give me a 5p stamp is not a one-off.
I have avoided this branch for a while due to past rude & unhelpful service but didnâ??t have time to drive to the brilliant Wandsworth High Street branch today.
If I could give this branch zero stars, I would.

Horrible!
The rudest, meanest people I've ever met. The staff insult customers in front of other customers. The staff yell at you if you stand in the wrong place.
I paid one woman to for a passport application review. The advice was terrible. I was outside practically in tears. A customer comforted me and suggested that I go to another post office or I call the passport office for advice. I called the passport office and they told me that I was given the complete wrong advice and to just submit my application as is. There was no problem with my application.
The shop is gross: dirty, dingy, untidy, crowded with rubbish stuff for sale, no useful information available without standing in a queue.
