Imagine this? visit this Superdrug in the Putney shopping centre and then have the absolutely mare of losing my phone. Louise the manager was an absolute gem and scoured through the cctv footage with sales assistant Sofia, despite me giving her a lot of attitude in the beginning which she absolutely didn?t deserve. Only after 45 minutes did I realise it was in my bag within a folder the entire time. You can imagine how mortified I was and still am. But these ladies are incredible and I want to apologise publicly again for being an absolute b***ch at the beginning. You both are amazing!!

This afternoon I did my eyebrow at the putney exchange superdrug store and I am very disappointed.At the beginning they didn't look so bad but when I come home and see better in the mirror I noticed that they were absolutely horrible with a gap because they took off many hairs and also they have a different shape, one is thinner and the other one is bigger.What a bad experience? I will never do it again

the manager of this store is very discriminating towards young people. i had come to this store with my friends and she had asked us to leave due to having problems with school children. i am a student at university and a grown woman. when i had informed her of this, she had continued to be discriminating towards my friends and I to a point that i was feeling intimidated and embarrassed as she had done this in front of several customers. She should not have such a position. ageism at its finest!!!!

Bilal from Putney Exchange was absolutely helpful. He spent about 15-20 minutes just helping my friend and I find the right scents before we settled with the Fantasy Sheer. We loved his humour and excellent customer service. Cheers to the team in Putney!

Had threading.Swift easy process and it was 7pm walk in.Happy with the shape, they should tweazer any stray hairs though but did apply jel after. Would go again.

Had an appointment booked in for two weeks at their store for travel jabs - when I arrived they told me they don?t do travel jabs there so to go elsewhere, they then proceeded to charge me £20 for missing the appointment and are refusing to refund me.

I went in to get my eyebrows done . They made me pay first before even getting the service then asked me for ID like why do I need to be Id . The lady did my eyebrows so bad even after correcting her she still couldn?t understand simple instructions to how I wanted it . I was also bleeding because she was doing it so hard . If you want your eyebrows done don?t come here .
