“We stayed for 1 night in Room 8 Tokyo and found the hotel to be excellent. Liked the ceiling fan over the bed as we stayed during a heatwave and the mood lighting in the bathroom was a nice touch. Everything was clean and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Very good choice for breakfast. The small car park at the back was very useful as parking in Richmond can be a problem but we were able to check in early and leave the car there.”

“I went into Reice Richmond branch yesterday and wasn’t feeling too good regarding looking to buy some new smart casual clothes for work due to being ill recently. A very attentive and professional assistant began to help me. I have to say she was superb at her job and clearly had a ‘ glass is half full ‘ attitude and a can do attitude; her styling advice was actually brilliant too and gave me ideas how to get the most out of one outfit, It made all the difference to myself making a purchase yesterday - and I really like what I bought. Her name is Carolina, so if you need some extra help finding an ideal outfit, she’s your girl! Thank you Carolina, you are a great example of excellent retail customer service, which in my experience is truly lacking in most high street stores today. I hope Reice Retail appreciate all your hard work and rewards you accordingly.”

“Everything was great except the fact that when we were in TK Maxx we had been in 2 days before to spend vouchers and had to wait 10 minutes for the lady to check them when she finally came back she said they were old so just be careful incase they won’t accept vouchers that are in date.”

“Really lovely office. It's a bit hidden (it's at the end of a driveway that's off of the main road), but once you find it the reception staff are very nice and the office is very on brand, sleek and minimal like the Jigsaw stores.”

Every season I would buy two to three hats for my wardrobe collection and even bought them as a gift for my friends overseas, but since last year they stopped selling the designer hats. Instead of just so-so hats which are not special at all! I hope they will change it back as I really miss them =( By the way, the staff in the Richmond branch are very friendly (it's the branch that I usually visit).”

“Got held up in roadworks and arrived on the dot of 7pm as store was closing. All staff went above and beyond so i could collect my online item needed for child's holiday. They had already closed the till but reopened it for me. During this and other visits, all staff on the click and collect and menswear were amazing. There is one more reserved member of staff who seems less in tune with customers but that won't detract from this well earned 5 star review. You never know what's going on for people and she did her job. Not everyone can smile all the time and i didn't take it personally. All the other team members were amazing. FYI NEXT your qr codes don't work? And well done for range of affordable summer clothing and swimwear for all the family, the online swimwear selection was great.”
