I went to House of Fraser and spoke to a rude manager called Adrian who lacked leadership qualities if I?m honest. I explained to him I was not able to return my item In the 28 days period as I had covid which meant I was in hospital for a very long time. All he said was this is the policy and did not even want to help. I felt as if it was my fault which should never be the case. Can I please escalate this issue higher as he is not suitable enough to hand this as a retail store manager.

Sometimes HOF have incredible sales..Jackets at 75% of original price..Check 1st floor Man dept ...Sorry I'm a Man ...but I suppose for ladies is the same lol

You can not ask for a more complex mall then Westfield Shopping Centre Shepherd 's Bush(open 10AM to 9 PM, 12 till 6 PM on Sunday).All sorts of shops(both really luxurious and more affordable as well- like Primark, H&M),places to sit and eat, coffee shops,places to dinne outside the shopping centre open after the centre's closing times,Mark&Spencer closing at 10 PM.

I used to visit this establishment a few years ago and if I were writing this review then I would?ve given it five stars. However, I?m writing my experience after visiting it today and I find it hard to review this store. As I wouldn?t even consider it a store. A store needs there to be actual people working there and I spent my first ten minutes upon entering trying to locate a member of staff. After my tedious search, I found a single employee walking around the shop floor which is quite shameful if you ask me. If your customers can find only one employee across 6,500 square meters of your flagship store, then obviously something has gone wrong. The employee was helpful when inquiring about an item, but I then went onto to ask about a vase on display and whether I could get it wrapped or put into a box. I was told I needed to take it to the tills, so I did. The only good part of my experience was that there was no wait for the tills, but that was because people obviously had found better places to shop. At the till, when scanned, the price of the vase of different to the price tag. It was only two pounds difference, but I was confused as to how a multi-million conglomerate could make such a silly mistake. I pointed it out and was rudely told if I couldn?t afford it, I could leave. I still bought the vase, but I was provided with no bubble wrap or newspaper for the protection of the product which was fine as they genuinely had nothing of the sort in stock. But I was told they didn?t even have a bag for me to put it in. I have no words to describe how I felt because I think this situation speaks for itself. Why wouldn?t your home department sell bags that could fit your products? This I don?t know. I feel like as a customer, that is the bare minimum a store could have provided for me. Overall, I would recommend visiting this store if you want to waste your time and regret leaving your house.

Back today again. Updating my rating. Two hours till close and no associate around the makeup fragrance area and the rest. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service two visits in a row. We have been actually told that person who is working the area will be here in the morning but we are here NOW seriously? Only a security guy watching customers and a check out lady. No one around. Just close maybe?

No staff available to take payments, clothes from the same line scattered all around the department store. Escalator has been out of order for weeks. Disgrace.

Had a poor experience today in the House of Fraser shoe department. I had bought Dune London Men Shilling H black shoes from Oxford Street branch. They were faulty and got crumbled in few min of wear. I checked Dune London site which said no quibble return but they were unable to return the ones bought from HOF. I went to House of Fraser Richmond branch today and they refused to return the shoes. Reason given by staff:

House of Fraser, Richmond. Sad to see HOF in its current state, looking a bit shabby and obviously going through such drastic change. A big pat on the back to Deepak however in this store who provided me with excellent customer service, was friendly and remains positive about the store and its future. Any store is only as good as its staff and Deepak is a credit to them.
