shocking store. been in twice as I had fraud on my phone and not a single store member had their work phone with them to call o2 customer service! though they all had their personal ones... made a formal compliant filled out the form in store. its been almost a year and still no one has bothered to respond

Delighted with the swift, professional and friendly service received from Anthony at the Richmond O2 store. It is because of him that I moved from another provider and if I could give him 6 stars, I would. Outstanding customer service from this one gentlemen, who really stands out amongst generally shocking service received in mobile phone stores in general. Thank you Anthony.

I've been in twice and both times chatted with Nisha. She is fantastic. I had tried to get an esim set up on my phone with another provider and spent more than an hour in the shop without success. Nisha did it in 5 minutes! She is also very kind and personable. O2, you should give her a raise. You don't want to lose an employee like that.

I like this cafe with great service and variation of food and drinks, I go in there many times for breakfast, you can sit inside or outside. Highly recommend ??

Staff were very friendly and sorted out my issues. Though I had to come back with original verification docs due to O2's stupid policies. But the ladies, and Silva specifically were very friendly and professional.

If I could give zero starts I would. Shocking behaviour from staff, from completely ignoring you for 45 min in a empty shop to hanging the phone on your face.

I signed my contract in the shop and everything was fine until I went abroad and forgot to switch off data before flying outside of the EU. I did that 2 minutes after landing but 5.25 mbs of data cost me over £30. Massive scam and you can get cheaper contracts with other providers even if they don?t offer the old rates for Europe. Can?t wait to change to a provider that doesn?t disrespect their customers and cheat them out of their money.

I went to this shop this morning to get a contract for my wife as I?ve been with 02 sins 2010 the lady there was not helpful at all she kept going on her personal phone and kept asking my wife how old she was when she had her driving licenses in front of her well all in all she wested our time this morning to say the least so no no again.

On my first visit, I was looked after by a nice man named Prince who was excellent and catered specifically to my needs. Recently though, Brandon helped me when I went back to the store to look at more plans with more data. I denied the terrible service, with broadband being the sole concern, and left the store only to be greeted with a text message confirming a non-consensual broadband purchase. Following, when I went back to the store, I was told there was nothing to cancel because it was only a sign-up. I'm appalled by this behaviour.
