As every time I visit, an exceptional service from the manager ?pops? and his staff at Ryman?s Richmond-upon-Thames. I?d give more than 5* if I could! They have been helpful in so many ways and my first call for anything stationary. 25*?s.

A fantastic experience shopping within Richmond Rymans staff were very helpful and welcoming. Great Product Knowledge on the specific printing paper I required. Will most definitely be coming back soon !

I was in the store the other day and was hoping to get some advice from an empoloyee. After i searched for about 10 minutes give or take, i was astonished at the screaming voice of a Male employee, i assume someone in a higher managing position scolding a female employee so hard that she was sobbing and visably upset. I noticed that the man had tattoos on his arms so maybe that distinguishes it. However i am not gonna go to the store again knowing that the employees are getting verbally abuse to that extend. Whoever scolded the woman the other day i hope you get fired.

I explained to the man who I think is the manager that I needed a notebook where the pens' I buy from this shop ink doesn't seep through the page.As I take notes on the fly & have to use later this is important for me. I write for a living & do not mind having to pay extra for a notebook. The man looked at me like I was an idiot & because the notebooks are sealed offered no advice apart from saying the notebook was moleskin ......the cover has no bearing on the quality of paper. He went onto to retort "try writing with a biro".Wish I'd gone to WH Smith, I'd get more sense than from this guy who works for a store that are supposed to be specialists in stationary, probably cheaper too,p with no page seepage issue.If he is an example of Ryman staff I shall shop elsewhere

I just wanted to say that the team at Rymans have been exceptionally helpful especially Rais the other day. Rais went over and beyond for me as I needed enough large heart boxes for my daughters birthday party. When it wasn?t possible to order them online he rang another shop. When they delivered the wrong ones he went and fetched the correct one and in his own time. What a star?. Thanks again Rais!?

Went to the store today, around 11:15 to print some flyers. There were two gentlemen in the store and both were absolutely amazing! Superb service! I was in a hurry and I?m ashamed to say I forgot to ask for their names. Thank you both for being so kind and helpful
