Very poor service very disappointed in sainsbury's the manager named Usha she is very rude to the customers, she exactly isn't rude but the face she makes while talking to you that judgmental looks are enough to make you feel uncomfortable, you should really do something about that person please! Very very disappointed

Does the job with no inconvenience, ignore the other review tbh. Why do you need constant assistance of such high calibre that it knocks down 3 stars at the? you know, *self* checkout. Go to the regular line mate.

The store is OK but the staff are poor. I was ignored when asked for help at the self service checkout. The staff just seem to be oblivious to what is going on around them.

Horrible service, extremely long waiting time, always seems to be just 2 staff members/shift and extremely slow, probably due to lack of training, struggling when putting certain transactions through the till. Do not recommend, I really like sainsbury as a brand and always shop there but this branch should be closed, clearly they can't manage it.

An employee by the name of Tara who presented herself to me as a store manager on 24/03/2021 around 7pm have been extremely rude and was shouting at me and humiliated me completely. I was with a colleague from work and I went in to buy a product which required A proof of ID. I left my ID at home and my colleague offered to purchase it and present her ID. Even though we are in our mid 30s. However, Tara began racially profiling and saying many of your kind come here. She completely and irrationally refused to serve us and did not complete our purchase. Instead she said goodbye and do not come here again. We were completely shocked to our knowledge from how a staff employee presented herself. When I asked to perhaps speak to another staff member, she began yelling and telling me to get out. I am completely traumatised by this experience. If there is a customer service email I would like to formally file my complaint. If you ever think of visiting this Sainsbury?s, you are better off at Tesco?s which is down the road. At least customer service is evidently trained.

Very rude stuff. Managed asked me to leave shop only because I asked to serve me on the till. Worker Rose was skriming to me.

I witnessed the terrible behavior of the store employees. Two workers shouted at a girl who asked to serve her at the checkout, because she wanted to buy some product from the till. The workers came too close to her and shouted at her to leave the store and they did not serve at the till. I have never seen such a boorish attitude towards clients.

It's a Sainsbury's store with all the products you'd expect to find, plus it has a dispensing pharmacy and a good-sized car park. Latter is also home to a decent car washing team and a Portakabin type branch of Timpson for key cutting and, I think, shoe repairs.\\nOne or two fresh veg sections in store were low on stock today, which is unusual. Maybe adverse weather affected supplies.

Here I came across fresh bananas. I recommend to buy only X5 bananas. Although packed. But they're fresh. The best bananas are. Which are half green and a little yellow. But even full yellow are great.

The shop has become considerably worse since they changed 3 of the 5 self service kiosks to card only, causing massive queues to the tills at even quiet times. Until they realise the mistake, it's getting two stars.

This store is selling out 0f date child formula. I brought SMA 1 and didn't realise until I had got home it was a month out of date. I am disgusted.
