After several attempts at taking a photo of their Affogato, we gave up. We come here all the time especially after watching a film at Odeon Richmond and the affogato Is a favourite. Too bad it looks so damn good every single time we just dig in and forget to take a picture before we finish it. Service is excellent and every staff member is courteous and friendly.

A beautiful place where an Indian man works. His reception was very excellent. I ate the ice cream and it tasted very delicious. I recommend visiting it.

Venchi gelato are the best I have tasted in London. The ambience/place itself is so clean, beautiful and full of colour. The staff is always smiling and welcoming, specially Luca and Vail.

What a hidden gem in London! The most beautiful Venchi store and everyone in the team is super helpful and friendly, especially Vail makes the best ice cream ever he was so patient through out we choose the right ice cream flavour for me and literally makes the best crepes ever also The chocolates flavours are so delicious, I can?t wait to be back soon! ??
