Came to this place on 7th of November to check available phone numbers for esim and possibly sigh a contract if I like one. Provided my Barclays card and warned the adviser that I don?t use this card - the reply was that we can check and maybe it will work, maybe not. After 30 mins of doing paperwork and preparing for the plan I was told that the card was rejected and I?m unable to apply for the contract for 90 days, the advice of getting Monzo followed. I was shocked because I wasn?t warned about 90 days block beforehand and I have a perfectly working Revolut. So I wasn?t fully informed of the terms. I left, but felt angry about this situation. Advised didn?t even say sorry, just told me that he warned me that card may not work.So I grabbed new Vodafone physical sim from home and came back 15 mins later to make a formal complaint and ask if I still can use new physical one (I liked the number on it, the same reason I wanted to check available numbers for the esim on the first place). There was the other guy who listened to me carefully, helped me file a complaint, explained to me that the block does not affect the physical sim cards and helped me activate mine. During this time the first adviser heard the conversation and suggested to try making esim from my physical one with freshly paid pay-as-you-go, I agreed and after half an hour of manipulations with my phone and the computer he said that he succeeded but the phone number is RANDOM - I was furious!To make the long story short, I came in for the nice phone number and a contract and after AN HOUR AND A HALF came out devastated with the block on applying for the contract and no esim.By the way, the second adviser took the photo of my credit score (I have a really good one) and sent it to the support team.Today is 24th of November - nobody contacted me.

Worse customer service ever. I went to collect my pre ordered phone. 2 agents, both sitting around doing nothing but refusing to serve.

The service was poor. They couldn?t match the online price for an upgrade. As a loyal customer they made me feel like I was wasting their time although they didn?t have any customers in store. A waste of time. Don?t bother visiting this shop.

The best Vodafone branch. Very professional staff, amazing customer service and very reliable. I got my contract here and I am very satisfied. Was much better than any phone shop on the high-street. I feel very lucky to have been assisted by TAREK, who was available in every single query regarding the best solution for us. Thank you Tarek for your great service. Would highly recommend getting your contract here

Save up your money !!!!Totally not worth !!! the unrealistic offer they provide and service is totally a scam .I am still holding up with 2 postpaid - 1 broadband and am suffering from the day 1 . Unfortunately I am stuck with them and I truly wish no one go through the situation am currently sailing .Store is just to convince you with sweet talk and sell . I was misguided and got inside vodafone failed plans . Now for anything the store guys just ask you to call customer care and then struggle starts.Their manager incharge CHE tried his best to make things perfect but certain things is not in store guys control , I am thankful for his time and help .Hope the management do necessary training on the new guys with right information .Good luck with lads who still want to try them . Amazing service, unbeatable prices too. Their network is the best in the UK and customer service is a bit up and down. Some days customer service is bad and some days they are amazing. But all-round amazing and I would highly recommend Vodafone over EE?s terrible network and definitely sick of O2 and no one would want to go to 3 mobile (as they have the poorest network in the UK). Vodafone may be a bit more expensive but your definitely getting your money?s worth.

Customer service instore is dissapointing. Had to swap over my number to my new phone and I knew it was going to be a real headache because there was an issue with my username on both Vodafone accounts.Decided to travel to a Vodafone store having had positive experiences in the past. Got to the store, was told to fill out a form online to get what I needed. I asked if they could go through it with me there, as I knew there was a complication, buy they remained firm and said to fill it out at home. There was one other client in the store, so it wasn't as if I was taking up someone else's time. The information about the form was correct, which was great, but it took quite a bit if figuring out due to the username issue. I work in customer service myself and was dissapointed that I wasn't given a bit more help there in the store. A wasted journey.
