Great Customer service as always from the Richmond Team led by Alicja. who is not only very knowledgeable about the brand, but always helpful and gives great advice ! I wish the same could be said for online ordering and returns where they have appeared to have adopted some weird post Brexit avoidance of helping Customers in the UK and returns are now a nightmare .

Zadig & Voltaire is my newest discovery and fashion crush. I passed it wandering down Richmond Hill the other day and looked at the clothes in the window. They looked effortlessly stylish, but with an edgy twist. They also looked 'priceless', as if they could have been any price. "Please be really cheap, please be really cheap", I prayed as I walked in. Unfortunately, all the clothes cost so much more than what I and my little budget was hoping for. But a girl can dream, and there was plenty to stoke my fantasies in here. The clothes seemed to be divided into 'concepts'. The fabrics all looked top quality; soft cotton, cashmere and velvet. The styles were feminine, but again, with that twist. There was a rock look, romantic, glam and Fe-Male. I spied a bag that I loved the look of, but it was £300.00. Most of the clothes were upwards of £100.00. Perhaps one day when I am living the rock chick lifestyle, with the money to match, I will come here and stock up my wardrobe.
