Today I went to pick up a item but the locker is not working, I spoke to the shopping centre people where the locker is located and they said there is a power issue. I also phoned the Amazon service number given on the locker, after a few irrelevant questions I was told they would speak to another department and then they put the phone down on me :(What I really need to know is if they will give me extra time to pick up the item beyond the usual 3 days?

I ordered 2 items via Amazon Prime and it was very convenient collecting them from the locker 2 days after using the details which had been provided via email. I was most pleased with the fact that I had more time in the evening after all my other errands to collect the items. They were there the day before, however, I went the day after without having to complete forms, etc (no administration to go through). It was a much easier process and I would recommend it.

I have been visiting Santa at your grotto for the past 3 years. I have nothing bad to say about the big man himself however his elves have obviously been slacking this year. My first borns gift 2 years ago was a lovely little soft toy dog in a Santa hat. Very cute and lovely keepsake. This year my similar aged 1 year old got a little ball, not worthy of 50p!
