Have had an absolute nightmare getting this product. Was given the run around by assistants on phone and online chat by giving me wrong information then went all the way to the store for them not to have the item. Then I eventually got it the next day only to find a voucher code they had given me had already been redeemed last June! Online chat told me to go to the manufacturer, manufacturer told me to go back to Argos, Argos told me I have to go back to the store I purchased it in. FFS!!!! Lowest of the low customer service with this company.

The staff is very rude. I called about a parcel that was delivered and she hung up on me. Called again and she picked up without talking to me, trying to frustrate me and I was left to listen to the staff having a conversation. I have to contact the store manager over twitter!
Argos do better and hire decent people with adequate customer service skills

Chloe extremely aggressive and rude. 3.45pm on a Sunday telling me that she will not serve anyone as she finishes at 4pm. When asked about very dismissive and said "I am just not." And walks off. New low in customer service. Needless to say this store will not get further custom from me.

Ordered an item at the books with a passcode to collect, when got to till to pay the lady said was not in stock and someone must have reserved online quicker than me! Very rude too, won't be using here anymore
