I have shopped in this store for several years and never had any problems. I always found the staff helpful and cannot fault them. My most recent experience was on 2 November 23, when I purchased a dishwasher and arranged for Argos to do everything: delivery, installation and disposal of my old machine. Everything was perfect. In the first place, the lady who served me was lovely, competent and professional. She sorted the transaction and arranged for the machine to be delivered and sorted the next day, 3 November. The delivery guys were brilliant, arriving when they should, took all the time they needed and did not leave until they were one hundred per cent certain that all was as it should be and the dishwasher plumbed in correctly etc. I can recommend this store without hesitation.

Usually the service here is below standard verging on hostile but it appears a change in staff has seen a massive improvement, the ladies on today were really helpful the new trainee was lovely and got support straight away and this lady was knowledgable and chatty and made you feel comfortable a really refreshing change

I would have given 0. The staff here racially treat ed me and there was a fault with the product and they made me wait 15 minutes for a ?professional testing,? which included just turning on the power and waiting there. The manager was rude, and the staff was not nice. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a store. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT GO THERE.

I bought a Phone from argos Romford. When I bought it one lady served me and told me if any problem you can change anytime, you have 1 year guarantee but unfortunately I got my phone charging problem. I went their store to return it but they don't accept it, they said it's not our fault company make this phone. You have opened the phone that's why we will not take it.I told them please I will buy another one from you but take it and send it to the company to fix the problem. Very upset

Saturday opening times state 8.30 no one showed up until 8.50 I mean can?t people get to work on time it?s a joke honest if it was me I would sack the woman

I would like to express my disappointment at your unsatisfactory level of service.I just noticed on one of the items I received in delivery today, the Sensse Professional LED, that there were dark hairs on the mask and on the inside as if someone had used it. The most aggravating thing is that it seems to be a man with a beard because the hair follows the same shape as someone with a mustache and a beard also when I checked further I found that it was actually human hair. Disgusting, I paid for something new received and it wasn't cheap for me to receive this type of thing. Subject to getting any infections on my face. This is the second time I've been extremely disappointed with your service, but I've never made a proper complaint about it.This is making me completely stressed and frustrated.

There is no option for 0 star! I ordered I fleece for my daughter. The lady at the counter ordered it for me from other site & I?ve got the message to collect today with the reservation number 554682.I went to the store and the staff the counter said that I need the code as well because without the code means it?s not ready to collect!!!1. How do I suppose to know that I need the code apart from the reservation number?2. Why didn?t the lady who reserved for me let me know I need the code?3. Why the message didn?t mention anything about the code or at least saying the code is coming, I need to wait to collect?I was so busy & tired but I had to try to come to collect my item. It just wasted my time & my energy for nothing!!!!Such a very confusing & inconsiderate service

Ordered a trimmer - 7 in 1 - multigroomer Wahl Peaky blinders gift set. It was collected in store.Most items were missing with only the actual trimmer, moisturiser in the pack when I was supposed to have a comb, blade, etc. Extremely dissapointed as I was hoping to take it with me now I don't have time to reorder and wait another day.

Very bad customer service from the team ,my partner and i came to the store to exchange a faulty hoover that was purchased 59 days ago & we were left disapointed as the manager Danny handed us a number to call & said he cant do anything for us as its been more than 30 days . We now have no hoover and wasted time to resolve the issue but Argos's customer sevice isnt as convenient as they promise .
