I had the worst experience when I visited this Argos store in Sainsbury's in Chadwell Heath and I left this store unhappy and disappointed when I collected my order. the staff are very rude and arrogant. their behaviour and attitude is really disgusting. they need to grow up, it's a joke to them and their customer service is really poor and not good. I was waiting alongtime to collect my order and it took so long, both tills were really busy and the staff were having a laugh and totally ignored me. the staff didn't even care that I was waiting in the queue but they ignored me like I wasn't there. I think what they did was disgusting and it was out of order. the girl who served me was a rude cow, she was vile and she had a miserable face on her, her attitude was really vile and she had a bad attitude on her. what happened to this argos store in chadwell heath.its not good anymore,it has gone downhill, the staff needs sacking because they are so arrogant and full of themselves, I saw their behaviour, it was really disgusting.argos needs to get better staff. it used to be a good store but not anymore, if argos carrys on keeping the staff they have now than they will lose customers and this store will shut down.

Been buying from Argos for over decades and I've seen the worst customer service at Chadwell Heath Argos from manager Katie on the day when she became defensive on returning TU clothing items on the 30th day instead of earlier. She did not only was rude, untrained, arrogant, racist but also denied the policy and consumer rights because she wanted to be useless and make the situation difficult. I had to call TU customer service which confirmed that the store manager 'Katie' was wrong and helped me return the items via the other staff on the day. Argos needs to promote/hire right, mannered and trained people for their customer services as services as such means a downhill for the business as my recent purchases has been from different businesses since this incident and I'm sure that this kind of behaviour will push business away no matter how good Argos is as a business!

I would like to express my disappointment at your unsatisfactory level of service.I just noticed on one of the items I received in delivery today, the Sensse Professional LED, that there were dark hairs on the mask and on the inside as if someone had used it. The most aggravating thing is that it seems to be a man with a beard because the hair follows the same shape as someone with a mustache and a beard also when I checked further I found that it was actually human hair. Disgusting, I paid for something new received and it wasn't cheap for me to receive this type of thing. Subject to getting any infections on my face. This is the second time I've been extremely disappointed with your service, but I've never made a proper complaint about it.This is making me completely stressed and frustrated.

Long queue, slow service, rude staff, unprofessional behaviour. Customer jump queues, staff ignored you whilst you are obviously waiting and standing in front ofbthe counter.Ordered a photo frame and it was broken, ordered the second one, it was broken too. To the staff and showed them the product. Shouldnt have resale it but ended up getting the same broken one.Complete rubbish service. Now heading to my third return, thats really stupid.

Ordered two new phone chargers. Collected and went home. When I opened the bag it turned out that the staff had provided one phone charger and one phone cable. I then had to drive off back to Argos to request the correct product. Frustrating as it should not off happened when they ask you for your receipt and check the product and quantity.

Absolutely terrible service from Devon, extremely rude and turned turned around to her colleague and said ?they have absolutely no logic? - disgusting customer service, please re-train this member of staff as I will be logging a complaint, good thing is I was videoing and heard her say ?they have absolutely no logic? - will not be returning to this store.

Not that good we got dishwas herthe first time something went wrong. Staff had to do it again check with our bank today 5th December they took the money out twice a woman at Argos because we didn't a receipt the first time it would bounce back into our bank in the few days "IT BETTER " if it dont go back in our account got to wait a week we got to phone Argos customer service tried customer service no good the week is up watch this space phoned Argos was told to go there waste of time to us it was Argos fault got to get in touch with our bank BAD service on ARGOS part WATCH THIS SPACE

These guys are bringing down the name of Argos. I bought a henry hoover and returned it within 2 days. There was a fault with the suction. Devon (the argos manager was so rude and so bad at handling the situation, it took 3 numatic employees to explain to her that the customer has the right to return a product if its faulty. Joe ( the manager for sainsburys) as this is an argos in sainsburys, was no better. Both 'managers' tried to keep me from getting my refund. I was there for almost 3 hours trying to get my refund back. Do not shop here, this is why high street stores are going down the drain, and people are switching to online. To the Argos staff at this branch, you are an embarrassment, i understand retail jobs at your age sucks, but you have a brand and name to uphold. If you don't want to do the job, then leave.
