I went to the romford store and was seen by Ada I needed a new battery for my micheal kors watch, i was dealt with, such a personal touch she is truly the most nicest sales person I have come across, I would go back to the store just to be served by her. I hope you value Ada as valued employee I can not praise her enough the 5 stars given are mainly for her. Thank you Ada.

Tiera was very welcoming and helpful today. She helped me find a ring with the infinity design on, that I had been searching for in every other jewellery store. It's perfect and the wife loves it.

Easily some of the most patronising and disrespectful customer service I?ve received in any store.After bringing in my brand new TAG Carrera5 watch with warranty card for a simple link removable (as advised to do so by a colleague on a previous day of enquiry). I was initially told I could not adjust my strap as I had not purchased the watch from thier store, this was rectified before then being subjected to a very uncomfortable line of questioning having to answer some questions multiple times as if the store assistant did not believe me. Before I was then informed she would have to confirm my warranty card had been activated (I?ve purchased several luxury watches and this has never been the case). In the end I grew frustrated before taking my watch and leaving.I?d rather deal with the flagship TAG store and not these ADs

A nice, polite and friendly lady member of staff helped us with a purchase for our Son.Due to current guidelines it took slightly longer for the whole process but it was worth it.The gift bag was tied nicely.Would definitely purchase from here again.
