I absolutely love this pharmacy they?re just amazing I haven?t a bad word to say about them and I always tell them aswell? I can ring up on a Tuesday for a repeated prescription and it will be ready for Wednesday they are always lovely and staff just lovely people?Also have read some of the reviews on here which had upset me tbh ? They are all really hard working and take so much time to help you so please be kind and patient? gratitude goes along way.., thank you guys again for everything xx

Went there with 4 years old boy had rush on his body. Scarp wears lady on the phone more than 30 mint wait wait then we had enough and leave. I don't know why NHS Waist money on kind of that lady. Who is on the phone with boyfriend or else.

I had to go to Britannia Pharmacy (BP) on 31.03.23 for my under 7 child's prescription. BP did not have the medicine so would order the medicine which would arrive in a day or two. I left my mobile number for them to call. As they did not call I visited BP on 05.04.23. My son's medicine had been sitting on BP's collecting dust. The only explanation was an apology. Pathetic people managing a pathetic pharmacy.

The most rudest delivery man I ever dealt in entire my life the staff have no respect for disabled customers. The delivery man inpatient,behaved rude sworn at me F?The pharmacist also rude and inappropriate.I made a complaint to the head office I am waiting for a reply.

I?ve always had an extremely nice experience in Britannia pharmacy located in chadwell,inside you will always find staff that are helpful and patient with you,especially Renata who goes out of her way to help and inform her customers.
