Our experience in store wasn't great. We bought our carpet and the staff didn't seem massively interested until we were ready to price up a quote. After we decided and bought the carpet it was only then he asked if we wanted to try put the carpet with the underlay we chose (we didn't know this was a thing or we would have tested it before buying it). We did get a discount because of lack of communication.The fitters arrived and they were OK, they did a good job in fitting the carpet however when they left we noticed they'd used the toilet and left a mess in the bowl and on the seat and they must have touched "it" while wiping because it was smeared on the doorframe of the bathroom, which we didn't notice until after they left. I understand accidents happen but clean up after yourself... Honestly you couldn't write it... not 100% sure if I'd use carpet right again

Amazing service, Lina really helped us save some money just with simple advice. We came in a few times as we were indecisive but was patient enough with us.Would 100% recommend Lina at carpet right!

This has been a remarkable experience. The gentleman (Hafeez at the Romford branch) that handled my order was incredibly knowledgeable, subtle, patient and all round very calming. It was a beautiful experience and I am very grateful

Went to carpet right at Gallows corner, amazing service. Very knowledgeable and friendly Hafeez showed us all our options with no pressure. Helped us make decision based on our budget and choose the rightproduct. Carpet is yet to be fitted but so far very good.
