Went to pharmacist with ear ache. No exam, just a couple of questions......told to get a gp's appointment. What's the point of going to see the pharmacist. Went to the pharmacy across the road, who actually examined me.

Came to this pharmacy and the service was excellent.Quick service, my issue was discussed with the most confidentiality and I felt very comfortable talking with the pharmacist named Ahmar.Definitely recommend using this pharmacy as they always tend to have the stock and if they are ever short, they will always go above and beyond to provide the perfect alternative.

It?s Sunday and X-Mas eve!! Thankfully they were open at 9am- just what we needed. We were given good, practical advice, and got the medicine required. Also contacted them through Google messenger and received a reply within an hour. Really helpful service and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Clockhouse Pharmacy for their exceptional service. I recently had a blood pressure testing and full body check, which proved to be incredibly insightful. It saved me a lot of time as I was unable to secure a doctor's appointment. Khalid and his friendly team were knowledgeable and provided thorough explanations throughout the process. Their expertise and professionalism made me feel at ease. So they tell you to call before you head over to collect my mother in laws Alzheimers medication, you call they NEVER answer the phone. So you head over to be told its not there, because they haven't requested it from the GP. They don't send out texts anymore either. Moved to this Pharmacy from Lloyds across the road, because they were incompetent. These are just as bad. 16 times I've called and the phones just rings off!!! Not acceptable!Poor management clearly. I feel for the staff as they are under pressure once you get to the chemist. More staff needed, and maybe an allocated person to answer the phone.

The staff are so friendly and helpful here, I am glad that I changed over and i know that if they don't have it in stock, they will do their best to get it for me . Thank you all

Worst pharmacy I have been too, they keep you waiting forever, yet there seems to be 4 or 5 staff around. 9 times out of 10 I have to come back as they dont have my prescription, they say come back the next day which I do and queue again only to be told its still not in
