The owner of the shop was extremely racist towards my mom and told her to go back to her own country while my 7 year old sister was with her ( the guy himself is from India or whatever place as well ) just because she was trying to send a parcel and he didn?t like that he had to work. If he?s gonna act this way why have a shop at all? ( it?s a really long story so this is it in a nutshell )

The Salesman behaved extremely rude, worst customer service ever. So uneducated. I would never recommend this Shop to anyone. I just wanted to return a evri parcel. Very very bad experience, it ruined my day at the moment.

Always have a good experience at costcutter, which I visit frequently! I pick up parcels from there on a daily basis and never have any issues, plus they?re very quick in retrieving my parcels. This isn?t even including the wide variety of products on offer (they have a vast array on Non-british products!).

Such a good branch. One of the best locally. The staff are helpful and the shop is always stocked.In this branch you can send a parcel or even print documents.
