I'm currently using this gym for NY upper body workouts using their free weights predominantly. Thus, little hidden gym is great, especially for those who like sparring or boxing, as on the 1st floor you'll find 3 or 4 hanging boxing bags and a boxing ring, which is very popular. The staff here are very hands-on, polite, and welcoming. If you're looking for somewhere to train that isn't packed out, want professional advice, then this is definitely the place to visit. Ring up or pop along, speak with Darren, the owner, and he will be happy to show you around.

This is a place that you can come to where you will meet good people that will help you grow as an individual. The Team complement each other well in relation to training and giving you confidence to get results. I also underestimated the positive impact on my mental health being around these people. A byproduct of this is that I am also in the best shape of my life.

I've been the usual council run tripe gyms that are boring and predictable. Edge is the polar opposite. Each class is mixed up to cater for everyone from weights to cardio and the trainers are great and it's really friendly.I've had Pt sessions with Rosey and she's shown me exercises that I've never seen before and feel it's taking effect. she makes sure you do the exercises correctly and the form is correct ( well she does have a sports science degree so she certainly knows her stuff

My son loves the boxing classes here, he goes on about going boxing all the time and I'm so pleased he's finally into something. The coaches are brilliant, so patient with him and always encouraging.

Been to many gyms over the years and I would say this is by far the best. It?s friendly, clean and most of all the people in the gym have all different goals. Rosie the PT is one of if not the best PT around, she gets to know you and what you want out of the sessions and pushes you to achieve them. I am moving from the area but will still travel 30 mins to train at this gym. Will the boxing coach is a great lad and always spends time chatting and talking about boxing. If I can give the gym 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work edge ??

Gym is amazing, I have always struggled to feel comfortable in a gym but from the minute I started training at Edge I have been welcomed and made to feel comfortable each and every time I have visited and this is by both staff and members. Kept clean and tidy at all times, and the equipment is great, as well as the numerous classes on offer! :)

I have been to many gyms but this gym by far has made me feel at home. Great coaches who push you to your limits and beyond. Originally came to this gym for a ultra white collar boxing event, thinking once the fight was done i was gonna stop boxing. However as the camp went on the coaches brought a side of me that i havent seen before i was more determined in my camp than i have ever been in. Thank you once again will and grant.

I love Edge Gym, it's run by Professional PT's passionate about what they do. I've been a member for nearly 2years. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, it's a energetic and lively vibe. Everyone respects the gym, it's always well kept. During Lockdown the Live classes were a real lifesaver. I've improved as an athlete since joining and hoping to incorporate the boxing classes to my winter training. X
