Staff aren't very helpful. The staff are lazy and the simplist requests are a big effort ended up going elsewhere will not be using them again

I was quoted by the Romford branch a cost then when I called another branch that and the stock for us to collect they would not honour the cost that Romford provided unless Romford called them but Romford would not do it for us as it was not there branch. Just laziness and poor customer service.

We use this company over 10 years no complaints now they change new staff service is very bad I oder composite door they promised to me 4 weeks time same time I give my customer now 7 weeks still waiting no door I pay full amount now I am stock next time I don't use this company I don't recommended any one!!!!

Great place for most things plastic with regards to building supplies, staffed by an extremely friendly bunch of guys, whose knowledge of their products is second to none. There is ample parking just in front of the Eurocell unit, Visit their website first to see that they have what you want. Deffo five stars from my last visit.
