Sorted my daughter's ipad in less than 20 minutes and did it for very little money. Always buy our phones from here also as they have a vast range that you can choose from. Always have my protective screen put on my devices here. Staff are always lovely, approachable, and happy to help

The store needs head office to pay a visit to this store honestly. I walk into the store to be greeted by a new staff member who was easy going & helped with selling my watch until he needed help from his colleague who comes out with a new policy which the store has not even setup but said you need a charger for the watch which I said Ill happily buy a new original charger which he tried to carry on with the store policy which made no sense because chadwell health was happy to buy the watch without chargers. He agreed to take it but then said you have to wait 30 mins to 1 hour which I was happy with and I told him make sure the apple watch does not have my id on it so doible check until I return 45 mins later to be told its still on there which you need to reset. There is honestly good staff members there which was the lady and the new starter who was very good. They asked me to wait 10 mins more until I got frustrated which the lady saw and just gave me the money ? deal with one customer then move to the next one stop trying to take on different types of sales ? the lady told him give him his money but he decided to serve someone else in front of me which took the piss?5 Stars for the new starter & the young lady1 star for the guy whos acting big for his boots and trying to take on more then he can
