“On the 5th Sept I visited the store, Jamal was replenishing the freezers, they were very tidy, fully stocked no empty gaps, what a great job he was doing! I complimented him and said I’d write a review, he is an asset to your store! Also the young man on till who served me, didn’t get his name but he was very polite and smiled throughout, lovely person well done! He was on till 8 and his sign on number is 034 (served at 11.39) well done to these young lads and thank you for brightening my day! Please pass on my comments”

“Love Brian. Absolute legend. So is fake Brian. Know what? Give all the Brian's a raise. Pure deserve it. Never seen better customer service, pure class. He saw that one of my items was damaged and offered me a refund and made sure to come to the til so it withheld. Proper legend Brian is. Talk of Romford x*edit* Matthew's review below me does not represent our most beloved romford Iceland staff, Matthew is dumb x”

“Your average little Tesco. Only thing that could be improved is the help you get for the self checkout service, as you often have to wait a while until you get help, despite being right next to the till”

“One of Biggest Tesco superstore in Romford area and of course it 24hr monday to Friday. Always busy, expct long queue in the weekend..Also regular product price is little higher then Lidl or similar shop..Big car park, petrol garage and 3 Pod point for charging (Including CHAdeMo).Lack of diversity in the Staff, as I expected in this neighbourhood, but they are helpful..* Just a side note, I dont know why cant Tesco use normal/standrad Toilet Sign, as other place, image a person with difficulty in Seeing, of a person with other difficulty, they would struggle.. Change to normal sign, more accessibility..”
