Had a delivery ordered. Arrived 24hrs late due to an issue with the van (was told 7.30am - when delivery was 12hrs late). Half my shopping was missing. When called nobody knows what they are doing. The store itself is fine but the home delivery and customer service is appaling! Used to be so good!

Staff are friendly and helpful, some good deals to be had.My favourite is the 3 for £10 SEAFOOD deal. One negative comment that I would like to make is that i'm not a fan of the layout or presentation in Iceland stores.

Nice clean store with full range of products.Parking outside.However I was confused how that works.Says free upto 30 mins.But do you need to print a ticket?.Checking letterbox daily to see if I have breached any parking rules.
