Absolute joke of a place don?t answer the phone to speak with customers when there deliveries are constantly late how can a delivery be running late for 5 hours it?s happened like 6 times to me last time I had to go a collect myself

I bought yesterday a milk It shows that the expiration date is February 27th when I opened it it had a bad smell but I didn't think it could be run out of date , I started to prepare food but suddenly it got a bitter taste, I threw it away, was a expired , they even don't answer to phone don't buy if you have especially kids they sell food not fresh

Rude till experience never had been before like this, especially alyan the till guy who served me thinks like he owns the shop treat the customers like nothing. Management should aware of these ridiculous activities and do action on it before their reputation goes off.

There is new management,they are so ignorant and they doesn?t care about customers,yesterday I go shopping (I am regular costumer and I ask the guy over the counter about some product and he say I don?t have and totally ignore me rude and disrespectful,after I ask another guy same very ignorant and rude,I hope someone will change something about that because that?s not ok they should learn some skills about customer services and respect

Regular customer at Iceland in Market Place wouldn't fault absolutely perfect. This store however doesn't answer calls if you need to make enquiries on missing items on delivery and if Daves your driver he's missed items on my last 3 orders. Had a driver called Michelle bring me £30 worth of shopping on a £70 order wont be ordering online anymore will rather go to Market and get a delivery from competent staff. I've informed Iceland customer services about the atrocities that are taken place withing London Road but I would implore you all to avoid especially if your ordering online. Unless you don't mind waiting like 10 days to get your money back once your order wrong but remember they need 48 hours notice 1st.
