My whole family has be going to J.I Partridge for the last 7/8 years. Everyone at the store is so good. They take their time with doing the eye tests, trying to help us choose frames or sunglasses?whatever it maybe! Never in a rush and so kind and patient with the kids. We are miles away from the store but won?t go anywhere else but to them!!

Worst opticians in the entire area, constantly getting my prescription wrong, giving me glasses they never fixed pretending they did ?.i had to beg and beg for help and they just kept saying we will talk with the manager and guess what? i never heard a thing and don?t even know a name. 10 years and a lot of money wasted here

I'm so pleased with my glasses!!. You definitely pay for quality lens and service. I always have trouble with new glasses, but these are spot on! Thank you for a lovely welcoming and informative service. Care was taken throughout my appointment and my eyes were thoroughly checked. I would highly recommend this Optitions and will be returning.

Had my eye test done here. Booked my appointment for 3pm and was seen by an optician sharp at 3pm. I wanted to buy glasses after my test but found none that i liked. I've explained what i was after and they said they can order it in for next week. Very nice staff and they only charged £35 for the eye test.
