Amaris 10th birthday party! , we have just had the most amazing birthday party I couldn?t recommend lush enough !!.
So calm with the store closed after hours so no worry about other shoppers , excellent service Charlotte , Harry and kez. We?re amazing with the kids they learnt so much while being pampered and making there own bath bombs we even had a five year old who managed to do everything all by herself due to the patience and great communication by the party hosts.
Anyone wanting a pamper party with fun and games as well as making things too lush is the place to come.
Great value for money and the kids have had the best time!
Thanks again to lush Romford and our amazing party hosts.
We will be sure to party with you again soon!

I popped in with my 2 year old today around 12.30. Greeted by a lovely light hair lady who took her time to take interest in my son& helping him pick his bath treats. I cannot thank her enough- my son has talked about his shopping all day! Thank you for making mine& my 2 year olds day

When I went here today, it was my first time going to a Lush store. One of the workers there was so kind and helpful. She did a lot of demos on me while telling me how I should apply/use the product and it?s benefits. During our talk/consultation, she was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about. When I ordered the product I liked, she threw in a free bath bomb for me to test when I get home. The service was so great, I didn?t want to leave the store.

I went into lush today. I have had some very bad news so i wasn't my best when entering the store. But I was greeted by a lovely young lady who was so empathic towards me that it brought me to tears. I selected my items and the lady on the till was equally lovely. I would just like to say thank you so much for all the kindness you showed me today.
