Lovely food Hall staff are helpful and friendly but only complaint is not enough staff on tills I prefer to pay for my purchases at a till with a cashier serving me.

Very nice store, kept clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful. Though expensive for clothing it is of good quality and lasts ages. The food very good and delious happy to return soon.??

I love M&S but i don?t understand why you would close at 18:00That?s insane the amount of people who get back from the City so they can go to M&S and grab their favourite meals and its shut because its 18:00

Food always great But the service is so bad only one cashier and the self service till always long queue not the M&S it used to be customers always come first now they couldn?t care less need more staff always long queue last time I was in the Romford store I left my basket and walked out as did two other people

Very bad customer service! Wanted to return a product but they didn?t accept it as the tags were taken out. Also it had marks when I purchased but they didn?t accept it, even though I had receipt and also purchased few days ago! They gave me a very negative impression as if I was not a genuine buyer. They were cold and made me extremely uncomfortable with their behaviour. More than the return, I was upset with how they handled the situation and how cold they were with me. Really really disappointed with their customer service! Didn?t expect that from M&S! It was example of unconscious Bias as they were looking me up and down! Felt very uneasy!

I often go to this cafe with elderly family members when we visit Romford as they like to go here. Today it was very busy in there and to be honest they could go with more seating room in the cafe. You do deserve like you are far too close to other tables. It was very busy in there today, we were lucky as we managed to get a table, which we had to clear ourselves, but most people who were getting food would have found it hard to find an empty table. They should look at how many customers they have and if they are packed then they should turn people away as it?s not fair if people buy food and drinks but have no where to sit. Food and drink have always been nice in there, staff seem very friendly, but I always have to ask for more butter to go with our toasted tea cakes!

I've been coming to this branch for years and also I know people that work here but today wanted to review to thank Margaret in lingerie for the excellent service I had for bra measurement this morning. Margaret was thorough, professional, friendly, helpful and genuine. I had a lovely chat with her and she gave me some great guidance. The bra I was wearing was two cup sizes too small. Thanks a lot Margaret! This new campaign M&S have launched to help women wear the correct bra size is very much needed (especially post baby!) and of course I'll be buying my bras from M&S. Amazing service and highly recommended.

They actually close at 6! More like 5.57 I was there at 5.58 and shutters were down. Disappoint with a wasted journey
