Collecting order but sale time so somewhat messy & bitty. Usually smart, pretty and organised.Also made use of the Costa coffee within Next, which is nearly always busy.

Went with my 89 year old mum for a lunch in Costa and a walk round next at gallows corner branch .Had a lovely lunch and a chat .Brought couple of mens items .we was served by christian .there was no smile or please and thank you. Felt like we was not a valued customer. No eye contacted. Very disappointed incustomer service.Went down stairs to ladys department..couldnt be more helpful, lovely friendly and polite , service with a smile. Even went out back to check what she had outside in store room .

Decent branch with a lot of options for everyone and has a coffee shop inside that helps to break up the day or enjoy while the wife does all the shopping ? ?
