Screwfix always was first source for my maintenance needs.I spent thousands during last year but today I was very disappointed with customer service at Harold hill branch (RM3).Chris- Store manager who was on duty (Sunday afternoon, January 9th) definitely need to improve his customer service and decision making skills.I was ready to place my order, but he decided to instruct his colleague to serve customers who came for collection and put me at the back of the queue.It was only 2 customers behind me, but I felt that store manager (Chris) didn't value my time.Come on Chris, you can do much better!Don't disappoint your customers. And treat everyone equally ...

Quick and easy process when you use their click and collect system. Its one of my easier shops. Staff are always on top of things. Store is clean but the layout is slightly confusing as to where to queue...but social distancing markers were clear.Service is quick with click n collect.

A great range of tools and materials and very competitive prices.Screwfix has a very efficient on-line click and collect service with text confirmation of availability and when your order is ready to collect.This store is well organised and well located for the local area but parking can be an issue at busy times.

Awful on every levelOnly one in the shop and made to wait while some girl at the till was having a full blown conversation with another member of staff about makeup.Paid for order and then waited 10minutes for it to be picked (the shop was empty at the time of order ) upon the 10 minute wait.Some 5/7 customers came and went, I asked the man serving on the till (I can only assume the manger big chap with short geled hair) to what was happening he looked at me blanked me and went into the backIt was only when I got someone's attention when my 2 items were pickedI've been totally honest on this review but I've found my experience with screwfix Romford poor on every single level

Had 1 person on the till, no real queuing system in place this drives me insane. Lots of people walking around alout the back chatting, 90% of people waiting was for collection and was being held up by people buying in store, this is not what upset me, what upset me is they should open a till just for collection only, queue was coming out the door, a lot of very unhappy people and i was one of them. Queued for 35 minutes for a 1 minute collection, terrible management in a difficult time. Sort it out!

We use screwfix alot throughout the country.Recently used Harold Hill in Romford.What can I say other than 5 stars.Friendly helpful staff.Big chap with beard (soz didn't take ur nane)Carried out massive radiator making it look easy.Took 2 off us back home to carry same.
