I go there almost every day for groceries. It?s very clean. Prices are reasonable. Quality is good. Staff is friendly as well. Don?t go an hour before closing as it gets very busy that time. Cheers

Tesco isn't the same as used to be, the outside store is dirty, rubbish on the pathway, I saw rats playing in the grass outside store.Prices in the store are wrong everywhere, you spend double time to do a simple shopping because you must read every scan label, otherwise you will end up paying different prices at the checkout, the staff members looking at customers in a arrogant way is like they want you out of the store. I don't know what is wrong with this place but the customer service is really bad.I'm very disappointed at all.If you look in the picture you will see the water bottle above 2 different prices, 1,20 and 2,25 so which one do I pick? The written part is small and high I can't read above 2 meters distance.Shopping in here becomes a nightmare.

I?ve been shopping here for near enough 30 years! Today I had the pleasure of having a security guard watch my every move, standing next to me breathing down my neck while I picked out a £20 marvel toy! Literally stood right next to my left hand side looking at me, touching the same things I touched, walked off, came back repeatedly doing the same thing over and over again. Of course I knew that if I asked him if there was a problem, it would have escalated. Was stopped for a ?random? search of the £107 of groceries when I went to pay too.

It's Disgusting ! We as customers pay sky high prices for products and Tesco not able to afford regular cleaning service?! It's not a first time l am faced with it, food products just meters away and foul odor reaching outdoors . Where's your sense of pride ,Tesco !

The pharmacy department at this Tesco never answer their phone! I have tried calling many times a day for three days now and it just rings continuously before cutting off. They don?t even provide the option to leave a voicemail. I?m a disabled person and need to check if my prescription has been received before I make the journey.I won?t be using this pharmacy anymore and have found a smaller chain who always answer my calls and are actually very helpful and knowledgeable. As my dear nan used to always say ?Good riddance to bad rubbish?, bless her soul and shame on you Tesco!I?m also going to do all my shopping at Asda and Sainsburys from now on!A.P

!!!!!! You need more people to help on self service points. Just two poor running like a crazy girls in the rush hour...? I huge queue of customers... what a hell. Don't save your money on staff, take more people to work

The staff is incompetent, very rude, no one tries to help you, they disappear when you ask them to take a stand and offer their services, irresponsible and very uneducated manager! Customer services also try not to do their job, but to call on incompetent employees. Totally disappointed by the people who are extremely unsuitable for the position they hold!

This is Extra TescoHas a petrol station ??Close at 12 AmAvaliable car parking where they will give 3 hours.Very big.Avoid going in the night as some items will not be avaliable and worker will tidy the brach.

To be honest for me I've had more good than bad. Bad being my wife got her phone stolen on site and Tesco's did not want to help at all. Management on site did not care or even bother to help my wife who was distressed clearly. Another time was when the guard accused me of stealing even though I walk through two sensors, which did not go off. When he was trying to stop my wife and I. A woman went through two sensors which both went off and he let her go with no check. When the management finally came down I was threatened to be thrown out while another manager was hiding from the camera. I just spent £95 for a weekend shop with receipt. I sent a complaint (emailed) and got no reply back. Still shop there as I know and like some off the old staff who are friendly and very helpful.

Shop here often they get issues from time to time but resolve them. The staff are good had run ins with security guards even though they know I'm a regular shopper but after all they are only doing there job so it is a good sign for the store their secure. Plenty of staff around the store to ask for help.

One of the better stocked tescos in the area. Large car park with loads of spaces. Lots of self service tills and loads of staff to help out.A petrol station is attached and is one of the cheapest around.

I recently visited the Tesco Extra and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The store was crowded and disorganized, making it difficult to navigate. The aisles were cluttered with items that had been carelessly placed on the shelves, and it seemed like the staff were not paying any attention to how they were stocking the shelves. Additionally, the prices were higher than other supermarkets in the area, making it less of a value. The checkout line was incredibly long, and the staff were not very friendly or helpful.

I love this tesco! The staff make it what it is. As I'm such a regular customer, I am familiar with lots of them and they really go out of their way to help their customers. Christmas was a prime example of this, they maintained their professionalism and cheer even when the store was I undated with people

Very bad customer service I was with baby and pram alots of shopping, I was waiting in the queue and the lady was forcing me to go self checkout I told her I will wait in the queue she was soo annoying keep forcing me to go self checkout. Even I told her it's bit hard for me I got so much shopping let me wait here. she replied that your baby is sleeping u can checkout your self ??? was very annoying very bad customer service
