Manny went above and beyond to help my pregnant partner to load the tiles into her car. We weren't gonna buy from top tiles initially cause previous experience in different shop, but he made us feel so welcome and ensured that all our requests could be fulfilled. Ordered some matrix silver grey matt tiles which were bit on the expensive side seeing as they were not anything special, however the service at this branch was very good. All staff especially Manraj, were helpful and attentive.

Went to collect a delivery. Greeted by Manraj, who was super helpful, friendly, and energetic. Not sure what position he is currently in, but based on our brief interaction, he should seriously be considered for managerial role (if not already). Will be good for the company. With that attitude/work ethic, he's going places!

Went to a bunch of tile shops where the staff looked very disinterested.. but not here!Manraj and his colleague were fantastic and couldnt do enough for us. Definately visit and expirience it for yourselfs. Ill be back and il be telling others which tile shop has the best customer service ???

PETER Hamar is a credit to top tiles . He just gave me some advice on how to remove old grout stains from my tiles. This guy really knows his job and has a friendly personality to go with it . IThanks top tiles 10/10
