lee was amazing from start to finish arranged an amazing and unforgettable honeymoon to mexico we said where we would like to go and what we wanted to do and it was all sorted for us with no hassle or stress and was always there for any questions we had so all had to do was enjoy our amazing holiday knowing everything was sorted cant fault them in anyway and cant thank them enough for an unforgettable experience i would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

Can?t let the weekend pass without sending a MASSIVE thank you to Han Emin of travel councillors. Seamless service with a smile. Needed to get my parents to Cyprus for a week. Gave Han the dates and she took care of the rest, securing great flights with BA at an excellent price. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the holiday at short notice. Han made sure we did not lose the money, didn?t need to stress about chasing the airline and that we can rebook at no additional cost as soon as we are ready to fly again. Our flights were cancelled almost a year ago and we are still waiting on our refund of £528. I used TC thinking my money was protected .... well it seems it is not. I paid TC, not the airline but TC is giving me excuses whenever I chase saying that they are waiting on the airline. So if the airline just never refunds them do I never get my money back? Where does one draw the line and why on earth did I bother going through Travel Counsellors then?? TC has paid out plenty clients from their insurance .... but I don't hit the mark. (Service has been shocking as they are not pro active at all in letting me know what's happening - I have had to chase every few month) Honestly ... almost a year - shocking!
