So unhelpful a weld broke on my glasses I popped in there and was told there over 12 months old so it's not down to us I won't be going back there again. They were 14 months old.

Overall a faultless and excellent service. Booking was very easy via website. Parking is easy & free as it?s part of Tesco.The optometrist: Sandeep Panesar was very easy to talk to. I visited the store to re-check a recent prescription elsewhere. She was more than happy to assess my prior prescriptions and was patient with my questions. Made sure I understood the prescriptions she had provided me, as to this was a re-check. Carefully diagnosed conditions I had. Overall, was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease during the examination. Finally, the lady who I made payment with was friendly and I left with a overall great experience. Good to see great customer service still exists.

I?ve been using this branch of Vision Express for a few years and I?ve found the staff and service is exceptional! Anne, Jan & Sandie are all so friendly and helpful. They are really patient whether I?m choosing glasses or when there was a little issue with my contact lenses trial. I wouldn?t go anywhere that for my sight health!

Very pleased with my visits to Vision Express. A very professional outfit with the most helpful and friendliest of staff. Far better than Specsavers, my previous opticians who failed in most departments to satisfy.
