They had a phone which I wanted but made countless excuses that they don't have, even though they said that they have it.Probably they wanted to reserve it for their mates, acquaintances or family - or sell it on eBay.

Been into Vodaphone Romford today - did wait 30 mins but staff constantly apologised for delay. I went in about my late father in laws Vodaphone contract. Although Tam could not assist with the phone issue I had he could not have been more helpful and polite.

Went in to upgrade my phone, had the best customer service and deal from a friend guy called Nurul. He is very friendly patient and knows what he is doing!

Never ever enough staff on. Everything else you know what it is. Not everything can be done by a call centre. Probably last time will use Vodafone. A shame after decades of being a customer

I came there to upgrade my contract, because it left one month till its end. I said to staff member (the name is known) that clearly and outloud. Instead of that I left shop with 3 new contracts (about what I don't mind), but he didn't managed to cancel old one for me, and I offered to do it myself, because I couldn't stayed more longer in the shop, because I was with baby and we spent there more then hour.. Anyway I triple checked or I won't need to pay for old contract anymore and he assured, that no, because I got upgraded. So, I contacted them today to cancel my old contract, and yes I have to pay anyway because 3 new contracts is not an upgrade.Liars, just trying to take more money from people and the live chat and their bot is completely useless.
