“Best local Sainsbury’s in the area. Been going for over three years and the staff are super friendly. The lady on checkout (sorry don’t know the name) always wishes everyone a great day and she means it. Great customer service is a rarity these days!”

“My favourite Co-op of them all. Was surprised (pleasantly) to discover it’s a franchise as it is so well run.The staff are motivated, efficient and friendly. They know where all the stocked items are and will guide you to them. The queue, when there is one, moves quickly. The store is well stocked, with fair pricing - at usual Co-op prices or less! The range could be a tad more extensive, but maybe space constraints prevent that. There is a good food-to-go range. The (hot) hotdogs are quite tasty! Can pick up all the ingredients for a Sunday dinner as long as it’s chicken! My favourite area, however, is the Reduced bit. The store is very fair with its reduced pricing on short shelf-life products, and there are often bargains to be found.Would recommend…”

“Excellent Professional Staff; they go above and beyond in the community. Supportive of all persons including those with disabilities. Friendly, helpful and ALWAYS hardworking. The shop and customers is not easy to deal with; but the team work hard, and get the job done. #payrise !Food and drink can go quickly in the shop because it supports a large community and passing trade; although I always get what I need or an alternative.”

“Today I was in tesco to buy something but I wasn’t aware of the prices of certain items just like I didn’t had any knowledge about any meal deals etc..However I was supported by one lady who works there in best way I’ve ever been served. I have duty to share that with others because it’s refreshing to have provided service I’ve had today and these kind of people needs to be known like amazing people and obviously the lady (who I don’t know the name) with curly hair (light brown hair I would say) and glasses was really extraordinary.Whatever I’ve been confused or needed help she really make lots of effort and to be honest in hospitality is not often like that. I’m sure I’m gonna go back always with smile and this is all what all this world should be about. Nice people just like this women been today to me.?? tesco you shouldn’t keep your best workers behind ever ❤️”

“Love this place. There is a Sainsburys Local and Tesco Superstore not too far way, but this NISA has stuff the other places don't, and a lot of stuff at considerably better prices. Located on Brunel Road, just across the street from the Rotherhithe Overground station, it has ample parking and is handicap accessible.”

“Very handy small store with all the essentials. Freshly baked panini bread and croissants are delicious (+ best bananas in town)!Customer service is friendly. It's just that sometimes it's under-staffed and with so many self-checkout machines, you may need to be a little patient if things don't scan and you need human help.”

“Giving tesco Surrey Quays 5 stars for the top tier music choices. I’m sure it’s a sneaky marketing tactic but it certainly makes the shopping experience much more bearable!”

“Priced higher compared to other local Tesco stores. Good collection of items - big for an Express store. Staff have been kind on all visits. Usually no queue for the self service / till. Customer service desk is at the back of the store, which is a little annoying.”
