Such fantastic service from Moses this morning whilst we were looking for snow gear. It was an absolute pleasure to have his good advice and guidance for the equipment and clothing we purchased. Decathlon is a lovely store.

Jose, the racket stringer is simply the best - his team and him can procure any racket, any strings, any grommets and provide full service to any racket. After my multi hour DYI job of trying to replace grommets myself left me frustrated, without either racket in a usable condition, and contemplating to just buy new rackets - Jose came to rescue of being able to fix my botches like a wizard. Honestly, just bring your rackets, listen to their recommendations and they can bring life to your rackets.

Totally satisfied with this place. Was looking to get some sporting equipment and boy was I glad I located this place. From climbing, jogging, biking , mountaineering to swimming, tennis, basketball and most of other sports equipment, wear and gear were represented. There is also a golf simulator for golf enthusiasts upstairs and a tennis court at the top of the building. The staff was helpful as I had to return an item I purchased earlier and it was a breeze. Self checkout is available. And yes, the restroom was clean as a whistle. Kudos

Moses is an excellent and truly fantastic sales assistant who actually cares about his customers.He takes the time to explain things and is extremely patient. I absolutely hate shopping and find it extremely stressful - but Moses has been a really trouper helping me each time I come to your Surrey Quays branch helping me to find the right fit; so I just wanted to say thank you to Moses and hope that he gets some kind of recognition for this.Last but not least, his product knowledge is truly fantastic, I think you are very lucky to have him working for you, he also has historical knowledge, I could go on, so thank you Moses of Decathlon Surrey Quays.

This was our first visit to this store. Easily found the thermal gloves and hat that I wanted, this store is huge. The self checkout system is different and extremely user friendly and surely must be the way forward

Great clothes for winter. Did a HUGE shop here for my trip to Iceland. However there were two items I wanted to return today and I was a few days over the 30 day policy when I wanted to return two unused items. I was told by a previous member of staff that it would be okay to come back any time to return/exchange. I understand there?s a policy but the manager was not sympathetic at all. Quite poor considering the amount of money I spent here, manager walked off whilst I was trying to explain what happened. Very rude.

Huge sports equipment and clothing superstore. Decathlon produces its own equipment and clothing ranges as well as selling a few other brands. I've always found the quality and value of their own brands to be excellent.I recently had a problem with the battery of a Decathlon e-bike. I popped into the store on my way home. The bike service team checked the battery, deemed it to be subpar and replaced it on the spot! Really first class service.As a note, I've previously had bike services (Decathlon and non-Decathlon brands) here. They've always been carried out to a very good level, and the bike service team have always fixed any small niggling problems that I pointed out to them.I've been a Decathlon customer for many years and will hopefully continue to be one for years to come.

Really great service, I was helped tremendously by a lovely lady who gave me everything I needed for my bike, she knew everything!! And then the men in the workshop were able to assemble all the accessories I'd bought. Thanks so much!!
