“They forgot to give me some important medication on my last prescription and I didn't notice until today Sunday, when Boots open just from 11 to 5.My partner went at 11 to explain the situation and even though the staff was clearly under-resourced on the store they went above and beyond to solve the issue, and they did! They had to bring the medication from another chemist far away, but it was with me before 5.Absolute 5 star to the staff working on Sunday 13th August. Thank you.”
