I love Holland and Barrett. However I have just experienced bad customer service from the manager of this store who asked me to wait while he left me standing at the till looking at him for 5 minutes while he fiddled with a phone. I walked out and left my shopping.

I visited Holland and Barrett Surrey quays for some provisions, Wafa and Shakhil were very informative, and polite displaying keen customer services in an adept fashion, I would recommend this store whole heartedly.

I was went on the 20 Sep to buy some Manuka Honey. I was served by Mamuna (apologies if I got the spelling incorrect) the service I received was excellent. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Because of you I will be happy to return my custom at the Surrey Quay store.

Really bad customer service, every time! No matter the time of day, the month, the season, always extremely rude people at the counter, have no interest in their job and talk with a chip on their shoulder. Never seen it in any other branch just this one.
