“Excellent and friendly service. I had been to the pharmacy close to my house for a form to extend my free subscription. They didn't have it. The GP service didn't have one either, even though they should. So I took a punt at getting one from Pyramid Pharmacy in Bermondsey. Not only did they have the form, but they provided it with a smile, unlike my local pharmacy and more worryingly the grumpy receptionists at my GP surgery. So, top marks, you wonderful women. “I have used this medium sized pharmacy for a number of years. I have always found it completely reliable, always eager to help with any problem until it is solved, always polite, clean, well stocked and the staff very well informed on the stock and where available, good with further relevant advice if needed. It is not at all near me but well worth travelling to as I have tried many other pharmacies in the past and found them varied, often not very helpful and not particularly friendly or always in a rush. This is from the large well known ones to the much smaller ones. However I have found none consistently reliably good and helpful: just another pharmacy. The person in charge Zahir keeps a firm eye on how it is run and will go to almost any lengths to help you. Angela Thomas”

“I went to get new glasses over the weekend to the store in Surrey Quays. I am very happy with the overall experience. Big thanks to Sajith at Boots for his patience and kindness while I was choosing my glasses. He was supportive, extremely helpful, assisting me to chose me the best glasses that suit me. He explained everything to me about the best offers, lenses and all optical stuff.
