Avoid at all cost! They are scammers! They charged me £30 to send a LETTER to the EU! I asked if this was the price for a letter and they said yes. After doing some research and contacting parcelforce I found out that letters should not be sent with them only parcels! This post office charged me the wrong service! I went to the branch to tell them but they lied and said I chose this service. My point is that they should not have offered this to me in the first place as it is not the right service. They lied and misled me and my letter has not even arrived after 6 days! If this does not get resolved, I will take legal actions.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Best customer service by Mukesh Kymar! Shes been serving me for over 1 year and has done an impeccable job! As a local customer going 3/4 times a week, shes been nothing but a star. Postal always arriving on the exact date she says. Thank you for your service Mukesh!

The staff here are super helpful. I lost a tracking number and Kartik made a special effort to locate my parcel and provide me with my tracking number. Life saver! Thanks Kartik, and the staff at Lower Road Post Office.

It is always a pleasure to be served by Menaka. Apart from always being happy and smiling, she is also always willing to help everyone. In fact virtually all the staff at Rotherhithe Post Office are polite, courteous and friendly. The best post office I know of, and local.

When I'm back in London and doing shopping at the Quays and have to post a painting this is were I go. Staff are extremely helpful and there's always a smile which goes a long way, thank you and nice to see you a gain Menakai. Love to all.

As other stated before they are scammers. They sold my mother a few days ago parcel force for 50 GBP for EU when she asked for signed and tracked royal mail which is roughly 10 GBPEditing to add: That my mother asked twice for the cheaper tracked and signed option for a letter and they blatantly lied. Also now the documents are for some reason in customs and it has been 3 weeks since I have no updates. Royal Mail would have delivered them by now and she explicitly asked for Royal Mail.I assume they get a commission and that's why they try to scam people. Avoid that Royal mail brunch and file a complain with Royal Mail if you can. These people have no shame.

The staff at this Port Office is always very welcoming and helpful! Which can be unusual for a busy city like London... just glad I always get the best customer care whenever I come here.

I use my local post office for banking. Paying money into my account. They have a pay station which says on their signage that you can pay in money. Everytime i ask i get told different lies and excuses as to why i can not pay in money and why i have to que up for a 1min job

This post office, I strongly recommend it great customer service friendly and welcoming as well. They really helped me with everything I needed to do and offered me the best services to do am so grateful for everything they have done to help me. I would recommend this to all my friends and family and everybody else. I?m so happy because after my passport, my driving license my ID check everything in this post office so grateful to them.
