Staff member I will save her face by not writing her name here. She needs more customer service training. Extremely rude and it's not the First time. This happens again next time. I will expose her name and also ask why she's still serving at the till with her attitude! Other Staff members are really good and professional.

This is a smaller Sainsbury but it is conveniently located beside Canada Water tube station. So it's a great place to buy bits and pieces.It does get ridiculously busy especially weekday after work hours and weekends. Do note the weekend opening hours which are different from weekdays.

Awful queueing system when you reach the checkout. No peanuts - what a shambles. It's wokeness gone mad that now that one person has a peanut allergy the whole world has to shut down and not eat any peanuts - Charlie Brown would be rolling in his cartoon grave. Also I tried to buy a loaf of bread and the mouthbreathers in the shop couldn't even find a barcode for it - the bread was confiscated from me and I was forced to buy a soreen malt loaf instead - it's going to taste horrible with my avocado and egg that I have in the morning as part of my high protein regime.

Never any baby milk in there when I go in there also when I was shopping 3 young black men come in they couldn?t steal anything because they never had tops on never had bags they was paying for them stuff but there staff members where talking saying to watch them when I think that?s just so rude just because the way they looked it?s disgusting. Watch everyone who comes in not just young men

Nobody knows anything here. Every week I go to get a drink which is always on a specific place. Today i went and the drink was no where the usual. I asked two employees along the aisles for information, then back to the till. The answer after showing them the picture of the product? They have never seen it, they even don't know what it is. Sorry but this is just incompetence

Unfortunately this store is very expensive. Sainsbury's need to remember that there is a cost of living crisis and they must lower their prices to allow poor people to afford the items. ?

Awful experience today by an employee called ChangChang or something similar to that. He blamed my card for not working although it was their machine, gave me no other till option and no help. I told him I was in a rush as my ( old lady) dogsitter was waiting outside, and he did not care to help. I had to go to cash machine outside and use the same card to get money out then with the cash come back for the goods. He then wanted me to wait in the queue again. Spiteful and wrong. Horrible place to spend your money.

Sainsbury?s Local (Canada Water branch) is located next to Canada Water underground and bus station. It is very easy to buy snacks and drinks on the go from here. It has a bakery and it sells hot pastries and pizzas, too.

For such a small store it does great bakery stuff. Prob better than a lot of big stores. Tills can be hit and miss. I had to get asprin confirmed at the self service till yesterday and i couldnt find any staff. When i eventually caught ones attention he honestly reacted like i had asked him to climb a mountain for him to just walk over and authorise the transaction.Not a bad store though.

Staff lovely , friendly helpful and chatty. Costa coffee machine inside. Fresh hot food... pizza, sausage in bap...sausage rolls....fresh bakery.

This is getting unreasonably expensive now. So many things are shooting up in price and it's all branded goods. I wish there were more cheaper own brand goods.

Chronic lack of staff at self-service makes queuing unnecessarily long. Staff are constantly juggling manning the self-service checkouts with loading shelves on the other side of the shop. Whenever they leave the area the queue piles up again until they eventually get called back - particularly problematic when people are trying to buy items that require 5 mins to get age-checked. Would be much better if either (1) they had one person constantly manning the tills or (2) approvals could be made from the main tills like in Tesco where they figured this out years ago.
