“Not a very large store but has a good selection of footwear and other items for both adults and kids.I went to see if I could exchange the boots I purchased online for a larger size.I could which was fantastic. They had the same boots in the size I required and it was great that I didn't have repurchase online.I would definitely recommend this store. The assistant was ao helpful.”

“Absolutely delightful experience shopping at this store! I had bought a coat from a different New Look store and had 2 issues : I realised I wanted a different size and the person at that store had forgotten to remove the security tag. So with these issues and the receipt I went to this New Look store and the lady at the store was very nice about the whole thing. I ended up buying a different coat altogether and she made the return and buying the new coat very seamless. Unfortunately I couldn't ask her name but she definitely needs a big kudos! :)”

“Asked for sz 10, got an 11 instead. Kind of glad i got the 11s though as they fit a bit untrue to size for a particular pair of shoes. The whole crew was hospital to myself and my peers, even cut some crazy deals off some items. Very friendly staff and there was no rush getting us out the store. Will be back for more for sure”
